Grow your own food! Plant fruits, vegetables, and herbs in the Union City Community Garden, located on Veneto Avenue in the Seven Hills neighborhood off Mission Boulevard. The Garden is accepting applications for new membership. It consists of 17 plots, each measuring approximately 15 feet by 30 feet.
Union City residents have priority for membership. The annual fees for the plot include water, compost, sand, and horse manure. A rototiller and garden tools are available for members’ use. Members are required to maintain their gardens in good order and to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the common areas.
